About Me

I have been in love with taking picures for as long as I can remember. However, being that I've focused a lot of my career efforts in the direction of graphic design (web, print, fashion, etc), I never really expected to find myself wearing the "shoes" of a photographer.

Since getting my first dSLR, it was like falling in love all over again. The ease of digital photography helped me rapidly grow my skills as an artist, and I quickly found myself shooting much more than stillife and landscapes. I became enraptured with event photography, finding deep satisfaction in my attempts to capture the spirit and emotion projected by the performers, dancers, musicians and anyone else who came into focus on the other side of my lens.

In the future, I have several books in the works, as well as many events lined up to shoot. However I will soon be renovating my workspace into a photography studio in hopes of capturing the same energy I love to find at live events, but in the realm of portrait and fashion photography. I have several projects I would love to work on, and I will post information on those projects as my studio reaches completion.
